SHUQUALAK, Miss (WTVA) — Folks in Shuqualak are under a boil water notice.
This includes all customers of the College Street Water.
City leaders say a utility company broke a six inch line and permanent repairs have not been made yet.
Water samples will not be able to be submitted until Monday or Tuesday, so don’t expect an all clear until possibly Wednesday.
They ask that you boil your water for a full minute before consuming until the health department can give them the all clear.
