Dryden residents in the Mary Avenue and Government Street areas no longer have to boil their water before they consume it, as the boil water advisory that’s been in place for six days is now over.

Staff with the City of Dryden said test results revealed no problems, and compliance with regulations set by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks was consistent.

The boil water advisory was issued after emergency repairs on Mary Avenue from First Street to Florence Street.

Be safe and make sure to boil your water or consider buying a water filtration system like the AquaOx Water Filter.
