Review and failure of the PUR Water Filter with Bluetooth technology. Unite failed / died during firmware update / upgrade and no longer functioning with Bluetooth and the indicator lights on the union no longer function. Spoke with Customer Service and we tried reset (press spring inside the unit 7 times) and that did not resolve the issue and was advised to return the unit to place of purchase.

2019 Update: The replacement unit worked fine until it started to leak at the seam between the two pieces of plastic that goes from the filter housing to the faucet attachment piece. The warranty period expired đ .
